What to do when EDU Card is lost

• A loss report must be made, this can be created online at fundamt.gv.at under the link below.
• The forms attached here must ALL be completed and sent to elternverein()brg19.at with all the necessary information (+ notification of loss).
• The school attendance confirmation must be stamped and signed in the school office

We will immediately forward the completed forms with the notice of loss to STARFOTO for reordering the card.

The new EDU CARD will then be sent directly to the card holder's home address
